I have recently joined the WIMM CCB team as HPC administrator. I am here to support researchers using the CCB HPC cluster, by providing in-depth technical support and advice.
I come from a HPC research role at University of Warwick - performance modelling of a parallel physics code. This means extensive performance benchmarking and analysis on a variety of cluster hardware. I also helped maintain the research groups’ HPC cluster. My last publication: An unstructured CFD mini‐application for the performance prediction of a production CFD code
