Flexible working can involve part-time working, compressed hours, job-sharing, staggered hours, working in term-time only, or working from home. It can be requested by all employees, not just those with parental and caring responsibilities. 

Most University staff have 38 days of annual leave, including public holidays and fixed days of University closure. Staff also gain additional leave for long service.
