Senior Research Nurse Manager

I am the senior research nurse manager in CCRFand am responsible for staff training, maintenance of clinical standards and health and safety within the facility, managing all the clinical and health and safety aspects of the facility in addition to leading the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine's team of research nurses and healthcare assistants. Within the OUH trust I am a specialist nurse in hypertension. I play a substantial role in the day to day running of CCRF alongside Konstantina Spagou the Operations Manager. I am currently working on a nurse-led clinical trial looking and the effects of a beta-3 adrenergic receptors on cardiac remodelling.
