Postdoctoral Researcher in Computational Biology
My research focuses on identifying the DNA binding specificity of chromatin complexes in leukaemia. Specifically, how the MLL-AF4 fusion protein and proteins known to associate with MLL such as Menin bind to enhancers and if they have preference for specific DNA sequences.
I hold a BSc in Biology and a MSc in Applied Genomics from Imperial. Prior to joining the Milne group for my DPhil, I worked as a bioinformatician at the MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences.
