MPharmacology (Hon)

DPhil student

I am currently a DPhil candidate within Professor Claus Nerlov's laboratory at the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine. My thesis aims to identify the processes of hematopoietic disruption during acute myeloid leukemia (AML) development. To this end, I utilise a combination of laboratory and bio-informatics based techniques to identify novel interactions between leukemic cells, the niche and the surrounding hematopoietic system.
