Dr Rupert McShane has just published results from a study he led looking at the use of ketamine intravenous infusions in people with treatment-resistant depression The study, published in the Journal of Psychopharmacology, confirmed that ketamine has a rapid antidepressant effect in some patients with severe depression who have not responded to other treatments.
