Professor David Ray will take up the Headship of OCDEM and Chair of the OCDEM Management Board from 1 November.
Commenting on his forthcoming Headship, David says, ‘I am very much looking forward to taking up the Headship of OCDEM, offering leadership and support to everyone in OCDEM as Fredrik has done so successfully. I am particularly keen to continue to embed OCDEM securely within RDM, and to further develop OCDEM’s academic links across the University with those working in our field.’
Professor Keith Channon, Head of Department, says, ‘I am greatly looking forward to working with David and his colleagues in OCDEM in this exciting and important next chapter. I offer again my sincerest thanks to Professor Fredrik Karpe, for his outstanding leadership of OCDEM over the past eight years.’
