RDM Mentoring scheme evaluation report (2021)

In March 2021 the RDM Mentoring Scheme (RDMMS) was 7 years old. For this landmark date the RDM Mentoring Co-ordinator wrote an extensive Evaluation Report which is available to be downloaded here.

Overall, our mentors and mentees described feeling well supported by the scheme structure. Most mentees reported being able to plan (and act) on career progression thanks to their mentoring relationships. Mentors and mentees commented on the feeling of a community within RDM through the mentoring scheme.

RDM Mentoring dialogues report (2021)

The RDM Mentoring committee (RDMMC) worked on an innovative mentoring pilot to enable RDM staff to share conversations about their experiences within RDM. The report on the pilot is available to be downloaded here.

RDM Mentoring Survey (2020)

Many thanks to everybody who completed the 2020 RDM Mentoring Survey: this was our first dedicated survey since the launch of our mentoring scheme in 2014 and was designed to evaluate our mentors and mentees experience and satisfaction. We are greatly encouraged that the majority of responses have been very positive, whilst we will also use the results to look at the areas for improvement. You can now read our report
