Tumor-specific T cell response

My research focuses on the analysis of T cells capable of recognizing and reacting to tumor antigens. Specifically, I am interested in evaluating the specificity and function of tumor-reactive T cells, especially in the context of breast cancer. Beyond characterizing their specificity and function, I investigate how these cells respond to different immunotherapies and how these insights can be harnessed to design more effective treatments. Ultimately, my research aims to expand the potential of immunotherapy by uncovering the rules that govern successful anti-tumor T cell responses.
