Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager at the world-renowned Oxford Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance Research (OCMR), I joined the team in 2022.
My role involves collaborating with world-leading researchers, an exceptionally skilled team of radiographers, devoted research nurses and superb administration and IT personnel, managing the day-to-day operations of our research facility.
My responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas, including financial administration, IT support and development, reception and customer service, facility management and maintenance, and health and safety compliance. Working directly under the guidance of the head of the department and deputy directors, my goal is to ensure the provision of excellent services and resources that contribute significantly to the smooth and effective operation of the department.
I am deeply passionate about fostering growth and learning opportunities for all members of our team. The prospect of new research and technologies invigorates me, and I am committed to creating an environment that encourages innovation and excellence. It is an honor to contribute to the advancement of clinical magnetic resonance research at OCMR.
