Congratulations to Jan Rehwinkel, Principal Investigator in the MRC Human Immunology Unit, who delivered his Lister Institute Research Fellowship Prize Lecture on 3 May.

Jan shared his research into nucleotide sensing by the immune system, including new work funded by the Lister Institute to investigate detection of DNA and RNA in the ‘Z confirmation’ in anti-viral responses.

We were delighted to welcome representatives from the Lister Institute, including Prof Sir Alex Markham – chair of the Lister Institute Governing Body – who presented Jan with his Prize.

We want to hear about your news!
