Congratulations to Prof Stefan Neubauer who has been appointed as Head of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, from 1 April 2015, in succession to Prof Hugh Watkins.

Stefan is Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine, an Honorary Consultant Cardiologist, Clinical Director of the Oxford Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance Research (OCMR), and Cardiovascular Theme Leader in the Oxford Biomedical Research Centre (BRC).

Referring to Stefan’s appointment, Prof Hugh Watkins (Head of RDM) said that Stefan “will bring a great deal of energy and commitment to the role”.
