HR Manager
My role is to provide and manage HR support for the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine alongside managing the HR team, ensuring smooth delivery of personnel services and compliance with university policies. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes for academic, research, and support staff within the division.
I started at the University in 2009 as a receptionist at the Old Road Campus Research Building. In 2011, I joined CVM as a Purchasing Officer and as the division expanded, transitioned into recruitment and personnel. This progression has led to my current HR Manager role which I have been doing since Feb 2023.
