British Heart Foundation Clinical Research Fellow & DPhil student
I am a Clinical Research Fellow at the Oxford Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance (OCMR), funded by the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
I am studying the use of cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) in assessing the structure and function of the heart, particularly in diseases where cardiac inflammation is present. In particular, I am investigating the use of parametric (T1- and T2-mapping) in the assessment of cardiac inflammation and whether we can use mapping to detect and monitor changes in the heart due to cardiac diseases.
I am also working on research projects that use artificial intelligence (AI) in CMR imaging.
