One of the ways in which we monitor our progress is through staff and student surveys.
2025 Survey
The overview of the results of the Staff Experience Survey is now available.
At the RDM Open Forum in November, we gave a presentation, and a question and answer session on the Student and Staff Surveys. The presentation included an overview of the results and how we will use your survey responses to improve the culture and structures across RDM and the University. You can also read a summary of how we are responding to the student survey.

2020/21 survey
In September 2020, the RDM Environment and Culture Working Group sent out a survey to all RDM staff and students, to capture their experiences during the initial period of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to identify whether any lessons could be learnt. 2014 survey
The 2014 survey was the first department-wide survey since the formation of RDM and the results informed RDM's application for an Athena Swan Silver Award, submitted in April 2015.
