Deborah Hay

Deborah Hay, Clinical Tutor for Laboratory Medicine in RDM’s Nuffield Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, has been appointed as the Radcliffe Department of Medicine’s Undergraduate Education Lead.

In this role, Deborah will coordinate and support undergraduate teaching delivered across RDM, including contributions to the Medical Sciences Biomedical Sciences and Biochemistry programmes. She will work with colleagues to build a clearer, joined-up view of undergraduate teaching activity across the department, helping to strengthen alignment, visibility and support.

Professor Keith Channon, Head of Department, said: 'RDM is committed to supporting high-quality education at every stage, from undergraduate through to doctoral training. This new role reflects the importance we place on undergraduate teaching and on recognising the colleagues who deliver it. Deborah's leadership will help ensure our teaching remains cohesive, well-supported and forward-looking.'
