OCDEM is holding a public engagement event on Wednesday 4th June 2014, 3pm - 7pm. The event is aimed at enabling the general public to come to OCDEM and find out more about why diabetes occurs, the research they are undertaking to better understand diabetes and how new insights are leading to better treatments for patients. The event will be very interactive, with posters and stalls specifically aimed at the public. Clinical and basic scientists will be on hand manning the stalls and being able to interact with the public.
