DPhil student in Medical Sciences focussing on bacterial screening methods
Vidushi focuses on bacterial screening in blood products, with an overall aim to enhance bacterial screening methods in transfusion and transplant screening. This research is funded by the NIHR Blood and Transplant Research Unit.
Before joining Oxford, Vidushi completed an MRes in Cancer and Genomic Medicine at the University of Birmingham, with a research focus on HPV cancer development, while working. She subsequently worked in research governance and compliance within the cancer research sector, before returning to academia to pursue her doctoral studies.
