Former Head, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) at Said Business School, University of Oxford and
former CEO of Global Talent Track (GTT), Manjiri facilitates leaders in achieving their highest business
outcome through leadership training, coaching and project management consulting through her company
Elephant Connect. After a decade as a journalist with the Indian Express, Dataquest and In Mumbai TV,
she worked with Zensar Technologies and ICICI Lombard.

She has an Msc in Major Programme management from Said Business School, University of Oxford and
is a recipient of the British High Commission Chevening scholarship for Leadership and Management.

She is a recipient of the She Inspires “Agent of Change” National award in the UK for her work in
nurturing a team of visually impaired/ wheelchair users to emerge as leaders who manage the charity she
co-founded - Maya CARE. Maya CARE serves the elderly in 72 Indian cities, 1 city in Nepal (Kathmandu)
and 5 UK cities.

She was one of 12 among 13,000 professionals selected by LinkedIn to assist Virgin Founder Sir Richard
Branson judge and mentor entrepreneurs for a £ 1 million fund. Three of Manjiri’s six books (McGraw Hill,
Sage) are used as primary content for leadership training.
