Head of Operations
I have been seconded to the Radcliffe Department of Medicine as Head of Operations following operational roles at the University of Oxford and other UK universities. Prior to starting at RDM, I was Acting Head of Operations at the Institute of Developmental and Regenerative Medicine (IDRM), where I led the effective operation of the Institute, working closely with the Director to implement the Institute’s strategy. I have worked as Building and Laboratory Operations Manager in the Medical Sciences Divisional Office, supporting major infrastructure and capital projects, and have held a range of laboratory and technical management roles. I hold a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Southampton.
