RDM's Career Development Committee meets termly to ensure effective career development support for all staff.
RDM Mentoring Scheme
Mentoring is a powerful personal development tool, proven to be an effective way of helping you to progress in your career and life more generally. RDM has been running a mentoring scheme since 2014.
