Rebecca Mills

I am the Lead Radiographer at OCMR, University of Oxford, where I lead a dynamic team of highly skilled radiographers delivering advanced clinical cardiac MRI alongside cutting-edge MR research of the heart, brain, and liver within a multi-vendor MRI environment.

Our work spans high-quality clinical cardiovascular imaging and innovative research applications, including hyperpolarized imaging and multinuclear spectroscopy. I am an active and engaged member of the Technologist Section of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR).

I currently serve as the Technologist Track Lead for the annual SCMR Scientific Sessions, helping to shape the educational program and professional development of technologists worldwide. I am also an active member of the SCMR Verification Committee, contributing to quality standards and service excellence in CMR programs internationally.

I am deeply passionate about promoting and educating on cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) and have lectured nationally and internationally on a wide range of CMR topics. I am committed to advancing the future of CMR through research and innovation and have co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications that contribute to the field's evolving evidence base.
