Head of Human Resources
My career has mainly focused on Human Resource Management including teaching HR students studying for their CIPD professional qualifications.
I hold a degree in Sociology and Social Policy from Cardiff University, a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Business Administration from Aston University and I'm a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
I have previously worked as an HR Business Partner for the NHS, voluntary and for profit sector. I also managed adult education courses.
I joined the University of Oxford as the Head of HR at the Säid Business School in 2021, where I developed the wellbeing strategy and offer.
