Biography
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Simmons, Antanaviciute, and Koohy Groups, with a special interest in antigen discovery, single-cell genomics, and computational model development.
I completed my DPhil in Computational Biology at the University of Oxford, where my research focused on vaccine target identification, the development of deep learning models to predict T-cell targets, and the analysis of single-cell genomics data to better understand checkpoint therapy–induced colitis. I am currently working to better understand intestinal development—from birth through adolescence—using the latest single-cell multi-omics and spatial technologies.
I am currently funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) Paediatric Networks and hold a Junior Research Fellowship at Kellogg College.
