ABOUT

I am a medical doctor and researcher working in neuroscience. I study the efficacy of nutritional interventions to improve acute treatment and prevention of ischemic stroke and cardiovascular disease more broadly. I currently work as a doctor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Spital Bülach, as part of my residency training in Neurology at the University Hospital in Zurich. Before starting my clinical work, I completed a PhD in the Laboratory of Cerebral Ischemia of Prof. Alastair Buchan at the University of Oxford and obtained my MPH degree from the Department of Health and Social Behavior at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health.
