I currently utilise in vitro roGFP biosensor assays for the compartmentalised measurement of specific redox couples and redox-reactive molecules, relevant to cardiovascular disease. I am also investigating the role of tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4) in mitochondrial redox signalling.
