These fellowships are highly competitive and are awarded to oustanding individuals. Leanne, who is based in OCDEM, will be investigating how "Heterogeneity in hepatic synthesis pathways may influence the development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and atherogenic dyslipidaemia" by undertakingstudies in humans using in vivo and in vitro approaches.
