This workshop looks at what makes a research group productive and the role of the research group leader in influencing these factors to get the most from their researchers. This course forms part of the ‘Management and Supervision’ strand of the RDM Learning and Development Programme. Registration for this course will open to PIs, Research Fellows and postdocs in early April. Places are limited to 24.
