The aim of the RDM Learning and Development (L&D) programme is to provide opportunities for RDM staff and students to take advantage of courses that will enhance their professional development. It has been developed by the RDM Career Development Committee in consultation with the Oxford Learning Institute. The programme will offer a number of courses delivered by the Oxford Learning Institute, and some bespoke events delivered by external specialists and RDM staff.
