POSTER GUIDLINES 

Poster should be prepared in portrait (ie. length 1189mm and width 841mm) and should be no larger than A0 ( 841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) otherwise they will not fit on our poster boards.   

 

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Please prepare your slides in PowerPoint, the 4:3 format will work best, and remember that you have ten minutes to deliver your presentation.   The chairperson will be ensuring that speakers do not run over their allotted time and may stop you if you run over 11 minutes to ensure that we have time for questions.

There will not be time to swap computers or load talks between speakers so please either send your talk ahead of the meeting to ISLETSINOX2019@ocdem.ox.ac.uk so we can check your slides for you and then load them on to the PC for you or bring them on a USB stick and load them in the break before your session starts.   Either way you can check your slides in our speaker room before your presentation.
