How to register for the meeting and book your accommodation

**SORRY THE MEETING IS NOW FULLY BOOKED**
Registration & onsite accommodation for the meeting are available through the University of Oxford shop. There are a limited number of places available so we encourage early booking to ensure that you do not miss out! Thanks to generous sponsorship, the cost of registration covers not only attendance of all scientific sessions but also lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), dinners on (Monday & Tuesday), coffee breaks and drinks receptions. Registration also includes attendance at the Museum Night Reception at the Ashmolean. We encourage all attendees to stay onsite at St Catz's college. Single ensuite rooms are available at the cost of £85 per night including breakfast. If you prefer to stay in a local hotel we have reserved a small number of rooms at The East Gate Mercure Hotel which can be booked using the following reference (OCDEM310319). Please note that attendees are responsible for booking and organising their accommodation directly with the hotel and the cost is considerably higher than the onsite accommodation. Note: Only registered meeting attendees are able to join for the meals and social events. Students should provide a letter to support their status and this should be sent to isletsinoxford@ocdem.ox.ac.uk at the time of registering for the meeting. Note that Early Bird Registration is only possible until the 31st December 2018. Individuals attending the T2DSYSTEMS meeting (by invitation only) should select this option when booking. |
