Public engagement resources
Public Engagement with Research describes the many ways that members of the public can be involved in the design, conduct and dissemination of research. High-quality engagement is a two-way process with the goal of generating mutual benefit between the public and researchers and ultimately enhancing the quality or impact of research.
Opportunities to get involved
Opportunities to get involved in public engagement are advertised in the RDM Weekly Bulletin. If you have an idea or would like to learn more about public engagement, please get in touch with RDM Communications.
Some examples of recent public engagement events that RDM Researchers took part in include:
The Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition
MRC Festival of Medical Research
The Oxfordshire Science Festival
